I have a Cub Cadet 1000 series with a Kohler Command CV730 that i replaced head gaskets on. Only problem is throttle cable is not moving the governor lever. Not sure I have Springs in proper linkage holes. Cannot find assembly drawing that shows where they go. Any help would be appreciated
