One good thing about where we live is that, being on the underbelly of mid America,shipping estimates are usually off.
I selected the vendor due to proximity, and I stood a better chance of a quick delivery than from other sellers.
The delivery date for this item was originally 2/11.
The updated tracking info estimated a delivery of 2/9.
It is currently at out local PO, and I can only hope they get it sorted and out for delivery.
If all works as usual, I should receive it today!

What are the chances??

Well Mr. Finder..... F.Y.I. ...
Yesterday the GODS smiled upon my young arse ! ... I FINALLY got the "Bug" that kept "waking" my puters out of sleep mode, ( I found the new laser printer likes to check with the puter every so often to see if there's anything ready to print, the fix was in the printers programming settings ) DONE !!
then removed all my Cable TV schitt, ( I have OFFICIALLY .. CUT THE CORD !! ) got 2 Roku devices all hooked-up & workin beautifully, a Roku Ultra in the livin room, & a Roku Streaming Stick Plus in our Master Bedroom, purchased an account with Hulu LIVE ( $44.00 monthly ) thru Roku, saved APPROX. $60.00 + a month ... which is approx. 1/2 of my Electric bill !! ME, is a REALLY HAPPY CAMPER this Mornin, !!! .. :thumbsup:..:thumbsup:..:thumbsup:....

Congratulations man. I wish I could get my wife to allow me to cut the cord cuz it cost me $150 a month for her damn TV. I hardly watch TV at all. Too busy doing everything else.

I'm sure everybody has a story about the USPS or UPS or FedEx. Mine was an exciting one. It showed up to the Kansas City office within two days of shipping. It came down to Springfield then back to Kansas City and back to Springfield then back to Kansas City. After 15 days of back and forth it finally said it was delivered to me. Funny thing is it wasn't. Then it showed back up in Kansas City. From there it went back to where I had purchased it from. I remember they said they delivered it to me. The company refused to take it back and the USPS shipped it back to me and I received it in 3 days. The USPS is a cluster fu_k sometimes.

Yessirree. No doubt...they prove it every day.

An update: at about 1100hes the tracking updates with action at 0743 that says it is out for delivery.............

I hope that ain't no mularky...........

Good nerw, bad news......

Well, the good news: My pushrod length checker arrived today.
The bad news: my pushrods are about .045" too short......
More good news: comp Cams makes a pushrod that is exactly the correct length!
More bad news: they cost over $100.00..........
Not so bad news: Amazon had them for less than $50.00 !!
Not so good news: they only had 2 sets in stock.
Pretty good news: I got 1 of them !!
But....now I gotta wait for parts....AGAIN !!

Yessirree. No doubt...they prove it every day.

See it all the time here, the street I live on have 18000 number as does the next street over, there have been numerous occasions when mail addressed to me goes the house one street over or we get their mail. House numbers may be the same but no way could you confuse the street names.
