C10 update

I retrieved my block from the 2nd round of machining on Tuesday.
Installed the crank and #1 piston/rod assy yesterday to check the fit.
The top of the piston at TDC now sits .028" below the blocl deck.
PERFECT !!

That's cuz we are "suffering" from "thread drift.":confused2:
This is definitely contributory to the sharp decline in viewership...........:laughing:

Ya know Ron, I'm a thinkin, .... that motor & trans would more N likely, fit MUCH better in my S10, than in your C10..:thumbsup:..:laughing:

Actually it's a riot when you lie to the operating team and tell em you did use the prep, when ya really didn't !! .. SURPRISE !!..:laughing:..:laughing:

Have a friend that said he was going to eat a can of creamed corn and tell the doctor, find your way through that mine field. But on the other hand he is kinda crazy.

I figure Ron "has a clue" on how to make it go. LOL What is scary is a vehicle that lots of Go but little to no whoa
