The guys were driving down a road when they encountered a shapely girl bending under the hood of a disabled auto.
The character Meat went to offer assistance.
When she popped out from under the hood, she was homely as a cow......
She said "My name is Blossom."
She said "Why do they call you 'Meat'?'
Meat replied "Why do they call you 'Blossom'?"

Almost as funny as the Mike Hunt scene in the original.....

Today's Weather

RAIN!!!

I just learned that the Aft Torpedo Room of the Submarine I qualified on (USS Cobbler SS-344) is now part of the Rahni M. Koc museum in Instanbul, Turkey!

The Cobbler which was launched at the very end of WWII in 1945 served the United States Navy (proudly, I might add) until some time in the 1970's when she was sold to Turkey and served that country (once again proudly) as the Canakkale S-341 until she was finally retired and scrapped. It has only recently come to the attention of we who served aboard her here in the US that part of her has become a museum curiosity. If I ever find myself in Instanbul, I shall make it a point of going and paying my respects.
