Get a big hammer, take out your frustrations. Then get the credit card out and buy a new improved model that has to go to a shop with untrained kids to work on it.
 
Auto Doc when dealing with the public and even some techs you will find all kinds. Some will even call you a Smart A just for know the possible answer.
My half brother is one of them. Think he knows everything and he does not then asks me, afterwards he calls me a smart A.
