Tec H60 flywheel inner alternator magnet broke free from flywheel

How can i reattach the magnet. Is epoxy adhesive a good choice or do i need to use a conductive adhesive?

Just a good slow drying epoxy, something like JB weld.

Make sure you clamp it during drying time. Clearances are small.
