No you can’t do this. It is because if you change the wheel size, it will make the deck be un even as it is not set to be like that and the self propel might not work correctly if it is RWD.

In order to keep the mower level, you would need to bring the brackets off the mower you are getting the larger wheels from. This bracket will have the shaft higher to account for the taller wheels. You would need to make sure the holes to bolt them onto your deck and maybe need to carry over the handle.
With all that, it would be easier to just find a mower with the larger wheels if you really want it.
