Snowblower wire replacement, how?

Looks like you have cable to actuate the drive along with electrical wire for safety/control. I would start by inspecting connections to ensure they are sound. Also test with multi meter and compare to readings from the one on the right that is functioning. May be easier place to start and you could get lucky and find a simple fix!
 
I have taken the wheeled models and stood them on their noses to maintain the friction wheel and lubricate the grease fittings. It is important to top remove the fuel cap and place some plastic wrap over the filler and replace the cap to prevent fuel leakage through the vent. Just don't forget to remove it later. I have not removed the oil and never had a problem. I do use the rope to pull the engine through slowly to check for piston hydraulic lock before starting it. If the pull through is not flawless, remove the plugs and clear any oil blockage. I did replace a friction wheel on a tracked blower years ago by standing it on it's nose, but that was before hydraulic drives.

The snowblower has to be lifted up even if the beast weights 150 kg (300 lbs). It’s pretty easy to lift on three boxes, first the front, then left and then right...
The wire was broken, I marked with the red arrow where the wire was cut. Just at the handle.

Between the belts, under the snowblower are two plates to open. Behind those is the access to the wires.

Above, there you see where the wires comes. In this photo you see the left clutch wire coming down in a tube from left. The right one is just above, not seen in this photo.

My next project is to change the wire I’ve circled. I have NO IDEA how to access that wire! Do I have to take a part the whole snowblower? Any hints or advice?
