Simplicity Sunstar 20 HP Kohler Stalling

Spark plugs fine.
Put jumper from positive battery to fuel solenoid.
Now it stays running when ignition switch released from start to run position. Will put toggle switch in jumper so battery does not drain when not being run.
At least I can mow untul I find root cause.
