I also got that far on the Briggs & Stratton website. However... after viewing the video for finding the model number, I couldn't find the stinking thing! It has to be under that shroud somewhere and THAT'S the entire issue! I can't seem to figure out how to get the blessed thing off!!! :frown:
On a side note: I think it's fair to say... I've bought my "first" AND "last" lawn mower from Sears! :thumbdown: Althought that's not helping with my current issue.
