Couldn,t find the answer, When I push the reverse lever it shuts off the PTO. I know it,s a safety feature. How do I by pass that?

The switch is right there by the reverse pedal . It is only held in place with one screw ( 1/4 " if I recall correctly ) Loosen that bolt with a wrench from the top , spin the button down so it doesn't contact the pedal , re-tighten the bolt. No need to unplug anything.

5/16 , I was close . It seemed , to me , to be a better choice than unplugging the wire and finding a home for the wire and taping up the plug on the switch .
