ryobi zero turn electric mower wont move

Hello need some help my ryobi ZT480es zero turn wont move , the unit powers on but wont move when handles are move forward and or backwards , it is less than two weeks old
worked great the 1st day then plugged in and sat a few days now i go out and it wont engage. can i get some help on what to check. note the seat wiring is secure

honestly if it's just 2 weeks old, you might just wanna return it and stay away.
