However what I have done & encourage others to do is send them copies of receipts for things you ( & your friends ) have bought from other retailers .
The message does sink in eventually.

I kinda doubt it. Their head are so hard just about nothing sinks in. Look at how well Briggs is screwing up lately and they are not even listen to us techs. They simply don't care as long they get their pay checks.
