Kohler engines made in China??!! yes what was i thinking ,, bought this at home depot last summer as a replacement for an old mower .. now with fresh gas , good plug and oil good, starts and only runs for about one minute:mad: i talked to many service places for repairs and it appears its the fuel and carb problems!! i sprayed carb cleaner into the chamber and thats the only way it starts!! hmmmm :thumbdown: any help would be great thanks!:confused2:
 
If you have been using fuel with ethanol in it, I would suspect your carb is gummed up. Probably needs a good soaking or ultrasonic cleaning.
