@Kenny: I see, you must have shot them outside then. I think he's afraid of being caught inside with a mad pack that can move faster than he can shoot. His rental is too close to other houses to shoot them if they were lured outside.

We had skunks that just went away on their own, we had squirrels which we used rat poison to kill. Those little bug-gars are destructive.
