Question about buying tires.

Yes, I know this week-year system ... in Oregon it does, even though the tire looks more than 5 years old through the cracks ...

But at Carlisle nothing similar, just this AQ19 ... and it is not possible that it is from 2019 ... 3 years and with this state of cracks !!!

But what I want to know more about is the depth of the groove of a new Carlisle tire.

I bought a complete set of internal tubes, but ...
I bought Maggion 20x8.00-8 - Lefort 18x8.5-8 *arrived...
I bought Lefort 16X6.00-6 - it arrived correct
(*) The salesman told me that it works ... is it correct?
It's complicated here ...

Yesterday I got in touch with the Lefort representative, who called me today saying that the inner tube fits my tire.
The justification was that the camera meets a range of measures, including my tire ...
