Pro15 rider

i have a pro 15 rider with a 15 hp kawasaki engine--
Engine will start on a jump straight to starter motor so replaced solenoid but still not starting on the key!
is there any cut off switches on this machine other than the seat cut off that im missing?thanks

Yes there is a cut out on the PTO lever or switch and another one on the seat
