What should I charge on a 1 1/2hr and a 3 1/2hr job for the basic mowing, weed eating, edging and blowing? These are two different yards thats being priced individually.

What kind of mower (type and width) are you using because this can change the price. If it is like a 2 acre lawn you are doing with a push mower you will charge more than if you are doing it with a 72 in. ZTR!

When I go bid on a yard I look at how the terrain is (fairly flat or all kinds of slopes for instance), current condition of yard (height), how often am I going to service (I charge less for weekly vs. bi-weekly). There is some other things too I look at, but that is where I start.

For the 1.5 hour job, if it's fairly flat and not overgrown, for a bi-weekly deal I charge $50. For the 3.5 hour job- same terrain, bi-weekly service, and not over grown, $80.
