I purchased this new in 2019. Attached is picture of the replacement (with the seal removed). There is no hex in it. Same thing with the broken one. Even if there were, there is no way to get it into part 134 because the nut cannot be removed.Unless it was done by an owner the nuts are never welded on
If you look closely near the rubber seal you will see 2 flats or a very thin hex these are there for a spanner .
The only problem is a lot of them are very thin and require either a stamped or ground down spanner to fit .
