Parts for this mower?

I have this mower that i dont know what type it is and I need parts for it. I "installed" a key start and just need a belt diagram to see what i am missing on the easy walk function. any thoughts on what it is or where to look for parts?

I'm no expert, but to me it looks like an early toro/wheelhorse. If you have a toro dealer in your area thats been in business along time, you might get some info from them.

The part number on the bell crank is a snapper number.
