gasoline only since last post i noticed one spark plug was black and outher looked like new engine is in a trench roller and they say the engine is dying I pulled the anti tampering caps off the mixture screws and found one broke off not sure how thats going to go with warrenty

Other than a black plug, are you having any specific problems? Does it start and run okay, or what?

If the engine is under warranty, and having issues, for sure you should get it to a Honda engine dealer for an inspection and evaluation; here's a link to find the closest dealer to your location:
