Many members way more knowledgeable than me have begged, cajoled and scolded to get the simple ID of the mower/engine to give the most accurate help. FOR FREE! Please be kind to those who wish to save you a trip to a retail repair shop. (and $$$)
Over this weekend, I replaced the worn shift yoke on my 1984 XT 33 Snapper rider. Not a real easy task given the amount of space and all the associated linkages. That said,a lot of us here have did considerable amounts of mechanical work where we have had to start a nut or bolt in a 'blind' area. We do this by "feel", because we can "see" what we are doing in our mind's eye. This does not work on the internet. :)
