Not sure what parts to get - 123K02-0239-E1

Gas tank full?
Next i would put a teaspoon or a little more of gas in the spark plug hole, reinstall plug and tighten, try to start, if it fires then dies, carb/fuel issue. if no fire, then most likely no spark.
