Before this thread gets to the length of War & Peace we need to make sure we are all talking the same language.
This is important because we only have the words you type.
Crank = engine revolves
turns over = engine revolves
start = goes bang
runs = continues to go bang.
From what you have typed the engine fails to crank no matter what you have done.
Failure to crank, particularly after the mower has sat for a while generally is caused by a hydro lock.
So you start by removing the plugs and see if the starter motor can crank the engine.
IF it is hydro locked continuing to force the engine to turnover can blow the head gasket, brake rings and bend rods.
Right now we have less than no idea what is actually happening with your mower other than it does not mow.
