could be valves out of adjustment too. Like fish said, need the model numbers.

But seriously we you do the equipment numbers but I suspect it going to a 330000 series engine.

Yeah, I am not familiar with tractor models, I just use the number off of the tags and engines. If it is an ohv, it could just be needing a valve adjustment, or a loose rocker arm stud.
If it was an old l-head twin, my suggestions would be a lot different.

So I always ask for the numbers off of the tags, sometimes they will give them.
