no fuel at carberator

have fuel at pump discharge, backfire solenoid does not engage when switch is turned on, so no fuel to carb.

fuse was good. backfire solenoid plunger stuck, removed operated manually a couple of times, installed , worked like a new one. engine runs like a top. Thanks
