Hi there,
Well I am an Australian resident new to forum after recently purchasing a Kubota T1760 mower for a small 6 acre property purchase. I have also purchased an old Kubota L2000 Gray Market Tractor too.
When I purchased the mower it had a slow leak on one of the front tyres. What a job to remove the wheel! It was stuck fast with the inner bearing rusted on to the axle. Took me a day to finally get it off with lots or WD40 and a significant amount of pounding with a brass dolly and 5lb hammer. Poor old left hand was belted a few times in the process due to my glasses slipping down my nose. As a result of the problems I encountered and me being so particular I decided to carry out maintenance on the other front wheel. Same deal with that wheel. Anyway, be warned if you own a Kubota T1760 mower or mower with similar wheel set up, split pin and washer with cir-clipped inner and outer wheels bearings.
Thanks for listening.
Paul
