I get dealers want you coming to them for belts so only show OEM part numbers, not sizes.

But you might be a mile from a NAPA and 40 miles from mower dealer and have a broken belt in a customer's yard.

Where can I find cross references for OEM belts to their actual sizes?

There is no accurate cross listing for every belt on every brand of mower
On top of that a lot of them are unique profiles and not the std A & B found at hardwear & auto shops .
The best reference is the Gates on line catalogue but there are a lot of unlisted belts
After that try your part number in all of the aftermarket parts suppliers ( Rotary , Oregon , Prime Line , & Stens )
Most of them will show the belt dimensions but many not show the profile .
The Pix belts web page also lists a lot of mower belts .
