dip stick contain two lines. I think I will fill over half way through so I can eliminate this.

My confidence level is shattered in terms of replacing a gasket. If I install new one again properly with the right torque, and due to some reason I have to open the head cover again Do I have to replace head gasket again? Also any recommendation for installing the head gasket in a best possible way. Such as but not limited to, surface clean and bolts tight as per spec in a cross manner.

What are the signs of faulty breather assembly? and how can I identify these? what are the apparent impact of bad breather assembly?

Yes head gaskets should never be reused.
Put some tube on the breather.
You should be able to suck but not blow.
It is a one way valve out of the engine only.

Yes please get a perfect flat surface area such as PLATE glass real thick.... Attach some fine grit sand paper on it and work the head on it...... Go slow at first then look at the head....

If you see any old spots on it that means it it's not flat...... Example if you see shiny and not shiny you need to rub it some more..........

Some light spray lube is best to spray on the head doing this........ Do it just till you see shiny across the whole head....

Put a very straight edge on the block and check that for flat..........

The torque specs are 140 INCH pounds for the head bolts.. Criss cross pattern and do it in 2 segments... If you want the correct ORDER of doing it you can google it..... It will give you a diagram of it .......
