need kohler courage motor part

I am looking for a part goes on end of the crank(made of alum circle in shape with two bolt holes). Bolts fast to the balance weight! motor is a kohler courage #ps-sv610-0212.i am being told you cant buy this part separate must buy complete crank kit! any help would be great

I will make a guess here but I would say its machined to fit the crankshaft. I know the price of parts can be over the top most of the times.
