Need help with Hart self propelled lawn mower

I quit taking in any kind of battery powered equipment for repair. IF you can find parts they are usually more than the customer wants to spend. Parts lists are few and far between. Folks call wanting to know if I can get batteries cheaper than from the manufacturer. I wind up losing money spending too much time trying to find unicorn parts.
