Or simply he not going fast enough. I had Troybilts to roll over. The only one I haven't had up on two wheels is the Huslter Super Z. Neighbor just found that it will spin out as he nearly took his fence.

But seriously what IL said works as at least know it is not cranking.

It could be that the valves are out of adjustment, or could be the compression release. The thing is, the valves have to be within spec to test the compression release.
