Repairs Multiquip Generator with GX 340 engine

Hi there,

I have a Multiquip GDP-5000H generator with a GX-340 11hp engine. I can get it going but after about a minute it seems to die out. Not sure what it could be?? I've attached a quick youtube vid of it dying out.

Sounds like it is running out of fuel.
Buy a spark tester, install it then watch what happens as the engine cuts out.
Flashes all the way to the bitter end then definitely fuel.
Flash breaks up then electric.
SO you have cut the diagnosis time in 1/2 .
