mtd/lawnflite transaxle won't move forward when bolts tightened!!!!!

One way to find out remove #13 and try it. Now 34 loose then it and 28 would need replacing but it is better just to replace the whole drive shaft assembly instead trying to renew it.

UPDATE: I've fixed it!!! it was play in forward gear cog and shaft. video update for anyone interested,
