Mower prices today

I remember back in the 60's a 22 in 3hp Briggs engine mower cost around $59.00. Everyone sold them from local grocers to drug stores. They cut pretty good and would last 5 or 6 years if you did not leave them outside to rust away. Things were a lot simpler then.

Im driving down to the state to pick up the same mower because they want $1200 plus 15%sales tax down here
