Indeed it does. Our garden got a 1/4 full loader bucket delivered from our farmer friend across the way. It is his super cow-crap.. I got it all spread out.. & glad it rained, stinky stuff. We compost, but can't compare to his stuff.

It really will richen up the garden come spring..
