Mower Deck Bushing Replacement

New to the forum, and have a question on replacing the deck mounting bushing. Anyone have a easy fix/replacement of those bushings? I have replaced once, think I made it harder than it should have been. I have Grasshopper 727K2, with a 3461 (61") front mount deck. Thanks for any suggestions.
 
I generally try to make my own bushings on Most things...
It is usually easy to replace bushings So I typically will use a softer bushing than the pin.... :smile:KennyV
