312777type0128-ei code 73 I removed carby a while ago and as I am ancient I have forgotten where to hook up choke and govenor linkage (engine end) and did not take photo and can not find picture on net also very small spring on thin wire although I can probably guess that bit

Most carbs have 2 linkages. One for throttle/gov and choke. Linkage rod on the left controls the throttle. Right is the choke plate.

Thanks seems clear but does not show very thin wire with light spring on it, I think it may hook into small hole on governor arm just below main link back to I don't know where.

Then do a google search “Briggs single cylinder OHV service manual pdf”. That springs will go around the throttle link and hook into the same holes as the throttle link.

Put it in the same hole then.
