I am a new Raptor owner and I read the manual and did a Google search to figure out how to level the deck with no luck... it's Sunday so the dealer is closed and my lawn (and my measurements) show a slightly uneven deck. The salesman referred to the deck level adjustment in the picture but the deck didn't move at all when I tried it tonight. Any suggestions?

Check tire pressure. It must be the same on each axle.
Lots because people think healing that that is a good idea.
There's only one way to find out if it works for you and that's to do it. So easy to do you can do it by letting a little air pressure out of your back tires..... or counting the turns on those back Adjusters..... either way is about a 3 minute investment in time!
Healing double cuts the grass so puts a lot more load on the mower.
It creates problems with clipping discharge as decks are designed to cut at the front and throw the grass out left to right.
Cut at the back it needs to do a full rotation around the deck.
No problems for the left blades clippings but big problems for the right & middle.
In theory you should get a finner cut.
Works on some decks and not on others.

Healing the deck works good on most mowers for cutting thick tall grass. But as has been said I'd takes more power. Not just engine hp but belt and pulleys.
I heal all my decks only 1/4 inch. This does not work well with gator blades.
