Is that echo blower good? I am going to buy a new blower for the fall and i usaually use backpack blowers but was thinking about getting one like that. Can it blow a lot of leaves at a time or is it not that powerful?
I think it is fairly powerful, but I haven't had time to blow a lot of leaves. Obviously it won't be as strong as a backpack blower, but I think it is fairly strong. If you are going ot get an Echo handheld blower definitely get this one, and not the PB-250LN. Here are some reasons why the PB-255LN is better than the PB-250LN:
1. has a rubber grip on the handle
2. flared end pipe (you can get one for the PB-250LN, but it comes on the 255LN.
3. Extra handle on the bottom if your arm gets tired.
4. With all that, it is only .5 of a pound heavier!!

Echo says the maximum air flow on the PB-255LN is 191mph, the average is 157 mph the flared pipe is supposed to increase the air speed.
As to the PB-250LN not having a padded handle, I solved that with some paddeed bicycle handlebar wrap.
