Hey all
No nothin on lawn mowers
But my lawn mower doesn’t start fuel pumps out when I push primer

I can’t recall but I think this part had a clear bulb

I know it’s aTecumseh carb

what do I need to seal this back up

The air cleaner attaches there. The priner should be a red bulb on the side of the carb. You need an air cleaner and the cover for it. It pushes on and twists.

FYI: You press the primer to squirt some gas from the bowl below up into the air passage. When the motor is running, the vacuum of the air the engine is pulling in does this. So yes, when u press the primer you should expect to see a little gas come out. So long as u see gas come out, a torn primer is not so critical.
When u prime it and see gas come out, does it even run for a second then die?
