Lawnboy gold series model 10545 self propelled does not work

I replaced the belt, adjusted the engagement cable and still does not work. Any suggestions on what to check next?

Pull the rear wheels and inspect the gearing.

Your belt pulley on the crankshaft has a allen head set screw that holds it on. if it shears that set screw it will not spin with the crankshaft when the self propelled is engaged. the part number is 610345.
