LA 100 Snowplow installation

Hello,

Anyone install a Snowplow on a JD LA100? I just did over the weekend and I'm having issues getting the snow plow to go up and down.

Appreciate anyones experience with these?

I'm surprised that a blade would work on that model... I think a blower might be better suited...
In any case are you saying it will not raise & lower?

Post some pictures ... it should be a good looking rig,

...but I think you will have to add a lot of weight all around when you get to pushing heavy snow... :smile:KennyV

Neighbours got a LA140 and he had to make a weighbox for the rear and put chains on. It works but he is not moving very fast.
 
Yes the Blade is for a LA100.. I have 2 45 lb suitecase weights in the back so the weight should not be an issue..

just seems like the operation of the blade is very cheap..
