This thing starts for just a few seconds then seems to bind up and falls on it's face , Oil level is good , battery good , I can hear the fuel pump running
Not sure where the Carburator is even located . Will start pulling off panels tomorrow to try and see what's going on.
Wondering if there is a brake grabing the flywheel for some safety thing ,it does not spit and sputter or even try to keep running it just seems to bind up right away
