Kubota's usually do not have a bad rep for belts falling off, but there are a number of things that could cause this regardless of the machine. The deck belt mounting system could be damaged:drive pulleys, idler pulley, check pitch/rake, the belt it self could be damaged. Remember that when a deck is properly adjusted it will slant slightly forward, about 1/8-1/4 of inch difference from the rear of the deck. Also make sure your belts are free of buildup of debris: grass, soil, leafs, sticks, acorns, etc....
If your mower is still under warranty I recommend taking it to get looked at after you have checked all of the above. Good Luck!
