Motor runs rich and i don't need to choke it to start it,looked under the filter and there is gas in the bowl above the carburetor.Whats my fix? bob
 
Most likely the float needle valve is leaking. you will need to remove, clean, and install a carb kit. Also check the oil make sure it doesn't smell like gas.

Thanks for the answer to my question, I was told by a small engine repair person that kolher dose not make a carburetor repair kit for their motors,is this true? bob
