kohler will not run under stress

i have a kohler cv15s-41562 started out not running checked the mechanical fuel pump to ensure it worked had to prime in order to get it to work still would not start then cleaned carb had to spray either into carb before it would start but it did and ran good, let set for few days went to start would not start checked mechanical fuel pump it was not working, so replaced the fuel pump turned it over got gas to carb. started engine went to move mower, mower ran for 10 feet then died and would not start. let it set over night tried to start it took a little time but started let it run for few minutes then went to move and it died like no gas going into carb. is there a chance that the lobe on cam shaft worn out and if so could you hook up electrical fuel pump to unit. any help would be great help. thanks

Rare for that to happen
Common for debris to be blocking off the fuel outlet in the fuel tank .

Use an alternate fuel source ran to the carb directly. An IV bag, other mower tank or one from a boat.

Does it have a fuel filter? If no debris in the tank, you might have a clogged fuel filter.

Fuel supply line issue , might be sucking air from clamp area or cracked hose , Run a new fuel line to a separate tank , bucket whatever and watch it run
