24 hp starving for fuel. I have replaced fuel pump filter all fuel lines and checked the carburetor float and needle. Help
 
have you cleaned out your gas tank? and was the filter installed the right way both times? (cap towards the carb, open end towards the tank)
also try running it with the gas cap loose, the tank may not be venting properly.
