I'm rebuilding my kawasaki fr691v-bs08 engine and had to purchase a new cylinder head. I can swap everything from the old head to the new one except for the valve stem seals, which I have ordered and are on the way. I'm wondering what the best way is to get them set in the valve guide without tearing them up. Just trying to idea so when the do show up I can get right to work on it. The engine manual says to only remove if being replaced, but says nothing about actually replacing them.

vasolene on the valve stem slide them down the stem over the end of the guide then drive home with a socket.
Deep sockets are really good for this.
