Kawasaki FH 721 starts with starting fluid but dies quickly. New gas and fuel pump works. Any suggestions? Clean carb?

Power to the solenoid on the float bowl? Hear or feel a click when ley is turned on?

it was the fuse, started right up. Now it's blowing oil out of the exhaust.

are you adding any type of additive to the E10 fuel your running to curb the Ethanol?
